Consultation Processes

Crisis and Interim Management

All organisations go through cycles of changes and this can mean there are times when there appears to be (or is!) a crisis e.g. a charity without a Chief Executive and no one else to temporarily hold that key position.

Simon and Hilary have had direct experience of managing large and small charities for agreed periods of time whilst the issues are resolved and providing interim management and support. Usually this involves working closely with the Chair and Board to agree a plan of action, identify funding if necessary and continue to line manage the relevant staff.
